This news is a shock to me. I have always admired the way you managed such a diverse work place; diversified not just in terms of culture but also an environment where everyone has personal agendas and high egos and wierd thinking processes – perhaps that’s typical of analysts environment!! You have done a great job to have all as amicable as it can be and moved the company to where it is now today with profits YOY.
