There are a couple of things that I wanted to say to you before your departure. The first and most important thing is: thank you. Thanks for the fantastic leadership that you have brought to the company in the near 5 years I have been with IDC. Thanks for the raucous, tear inducing laughter that we’ve shared over the many dinners and drinks over the years. These memories bring a smile to my face, but when it came to discussing the business it made me want to give you my best effort. I felt challenged to think about what I did in new and creative ways. I wanted to perform at my best and demonstrate to the market that IDC had the right ingredients for success. As you take those first few steps away from IDC and into your future, I want you to know that you have made an impact and a difference. I wish you success and above all happiness.
