I just wanted to send you a personal Thank You for the trust, support and guidance you have provided me over the last 6 years. Its been a roller-coaster ride here over the past years and I really appreciate that you always made the time to engage in the local challenges despite the relatively small business down here. Your discussions with the team made a real difference to myself but also to the overall team and their feel of belonging to the broader IDC family.  It has been an absolute pleasure working under you over the last years. I have learned and developed a lot and will apply many of your “often unorthodox” lessons and approaches in my future dealings as a manager.
