I just wanted to say that it has been great to work with you these past 5 years, even though I am not a direct report, I do believe that you have created a great culture at IDC.  The times we have had sessions together have been of great benefit to me in my career and my various roles at IDC.  Best of luck with your new position and I hope that it all goes well which I am sure it will.  Thanks again and all the best!
