Eva – we will miss you. It is great to see how dynamic and energetic IDC staff can be when motivated by the leadership. I have learned a lot, brought some ideas back for me and my team, strengthened some relationships, met face to face with some I’ve only emailed, and resolved some internal issues.
I was really impressed with your leadership style which I saw more up close and congratulate you on the team you have developed – a really impressive and collaborative group. No doubt a result of your approach to managing the business. I wish you good luck in your new venture.
