Yesterday morning, I was surprised and sad to hear that you were leaving IDC. When I was deciding if I should join IDC, I asked a couple of IDCers for their opinion, and they told me I would like your management style. They were right. I appreciate all the resources (info nuggets, book recommendations on leadership and management) that you regularly send out – I just haven’t found the time to respond to let you know what a welcome they are. Thank you for steering the IDC ship all these years. I’m sure you will be a positive force at your new company.
